Are you positive about our future on planet Earth?
MIMESIS is a large-scale audio-visual real-time installation that takes inspiration from the biological evolution of life while investigating the influence that people make on Earth.
MIMESIS presents an optimistic view of the present and the future through the collection of real-time data from the local environment at Tjuvholmen during Fjord Oslo. This data continuously creates a unique and ever-changing audio-visual illustration of the future environment that we will inhabit, and in this way help us imagine the scenario that is ahead of us – our future planet.
