CELESTIAL RHYTHMS is a kinetic audio-visual installation that uses light to offer a glimpse into the intricate yet awe-inspiring system of the cosmos. Inspired by the ancient armillary sphere—an astronomical instrument used to model and study the movements of celestial bodies—this installation transforms complex space concepts into a captivating sensory experience.
The installation features interconnected, moving rings of light, each symbolizing the orbits and dynamic movements of celestial bodies. CELESTIAL RHYTHMS transforms complex astronomical concepts into a mesmerizing visual and auditory experience and invites people to see and hear the harmony of the universe, helping them appreciate its beauty and contemplate our place within it.

THOSE GUYS LIGHTING is a collective of engineers, lighting designers, and programmers, united by their passion for lighting design. Since its founding in Riga, Latvia, in 2018, the studio has received several accolades, including an award for the best urban lighting design in Latvia, and multiple quality marks recognized by the Latvian Event and Producers Association.
Their installations have been featured at numerous festivals across Europe, including Copenhagen Light Festival (Denmark), Lumo Light Festival (Finland), Canary Wharf Winter Lights (UK), Staro Rīga (Latvia), Vilnius Light Festival (Lithuania), Geiranger Light Festival (Norway), Allt ljus på Uppsala (Sweden), and many others.
