CONSTELLATION composes a galactic ballet shimmering on the water’s surface, on the Astrup Fearnley Museum’s channel.
Laser projections animate a constellation of moving stars, whose rays intercross and interconnect. Generated by a digital algorithm, the dynamic stellar pattern is mapped by projectors on the water’s surface.
With this in situ installation, a monumental ode to the beauty of living things, 1024 Architecture creates a poetic experience of the interconnectedness of our world and invites us to dream and travel.

1024 Architecture is an artistic label created by François Wunschel and Pier Schneider, both trained architects and digital artists. 1024 Architecture creates installations at the border of the worlds of architecture, design and visual arts. By mixing digital and real environments, the label’s projects blur the boundary between the real and the virtual worlds.
